Remember–never give away your username/password/or out of band authentication information!
Currently there is a ring of fraudsters who use information gathered in places like the dark web to fool you into thinking the bank is calling you to tell you about fraud on your account.
They are using a phone number mask to make you think they are calling from our number at our home address in Mooresville.
While we make calls to customers to let them know about potential fraud, we do not need your username/password/or out of band authentication to help you. If changes need to be made to your account, we will ask you to do them, not do them for you. If you get one of these calls, hang up immediately and send a chat to us through our chat system or visit us at one of our area branches!
