Leadership Lessons To My Younger Self. Looking back over your leadership journey both personally and professionally, what lessons would you share with your younger self? This workshop will walk through tips on how to elevate yourself, how to break barriers, and help you take your life to the next level.

Yalonda J. Brown is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. She founded Just Say It, LLC in 2018. As the CEO and owner, Yalonda J. Brown is committed to empowering others through her mission of fully embracing her divine purpose by improving the lives of others, especially women and girls. Mrs. Brown is a seasoned professional whose drive and self-determination has resulted in a myriad of accomplishments in both private and public sectors.

She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and is a certified Development Dimensions International Facilitator. Whether it is via public speaking or her published works, Mrs. Brown uses her various platforms to inspire and motivate others to live according to their purpose.

A gifted speaker, she has over ten years of experience delivering powerful and dynamic speeches and workshops to diverse audiences, including Girls Inc. of Johnson County, Stop the Violence Indianapolis Inc, and Center for Leadership Development Inc. From addressing the topics of marriage and faith to youth development and overcoming obstacles, she uses her voice to empower others.

This event will be held at Valle Vista Golf &amp; Conference Center, where they have created their own COVID-19 policy document that states their commitment to maintaining the health and safety of all of their guests. To reduce close interaction walk-in registrations will not be permitted, and cash payments at the entrance will not be accepted. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we trust that this will further our efforts of keeping all parties safe. Due to Governor Holcomb’s recent mask mandate, masks are required to be worn when indoors with other people. Disposable masks will be available for attendees at the entrance to the event. This policy on masks will be enforced until guidance from the mayor or governor states otherwise.
