Describe your position at Citizens Bank

I am the branch manager at the Stones Crossing branch. I oversee the day-to-day transactions for the entire branch/staff.

What is your favorite part about working for Citizens?

I really enjoy working for a community bank. I love the team environment at Citizens. Everyone is willing to go the extra mile and help out when needed.

Did you work in this field before coming to Citizens?

Prior to working at Citizens, I was a mortgage loan officer for 3 years. Prior to that, I was working at a local credit union as a branch manager for 5 years.

What motivates you?

I have always been a very competitive person by nature. I like to set goals for myself and when I achieve these goals, it motivates me to work even harder.

What are you passionate about?

I really enjoy meeting new people and learning more about them. It is very rewarding when I can help others meet their financial goals and be a small part of their story.

What kinds of things do you like to do for fun?

When I am not trying new restaurants, I really enjoy spending my time outdoors, especially going camping and fishing.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I would go to Iceland for the scenery and the opportunity to see the Northern Lights.

What’s your favorite food?

I enjoy the simple things in life. Nothing makes me happier than a basket of wings and fries.

What is your favorite day of the week?

Thursday is my favorite day of the week or as I like to call it, “Friday Eve.” That is the day where I start planning out what my weekend is going to look like.

What are the 2 things that make you the happiest?

Even though I don’t own a dog, I am always the happiest when I am around them. I also enjoy any activity that allows me to spend time outdoors.

What else do you want customers to know about you?

I am from Colombia (South America). At the age of 12, my family moved to Indiana. Even though I am a Hoosier, I am a die-hard Purdue Boilermaker fan!
